Zaptec wanted the space to speak their language. The brief was clear: The design manual would be at the bottom, so the entire space reflected Zaptec’s visual identity. But in the meeting rooms, they wanted to go a step further. Here, they wanted to play, challenge, and give the rooms a creative and unexpected twist. They already had some ideas of their own and were open to experimenting.
We worked closely with the marketing, HR and brand teams to ensure that the premises not only looked like Zaptec – but felt like Zaptec. A place where unity and belonging are strong, even across three floors. Here everyone should feel like they are part of something bigger, from the very beginning.
Working with Siri and FOMO Design has been a great experience. Siri has designed different zones that have their own unique style, adapted to our wishes. Both customers and visitors always comment on how cool the premises are. The meeting rooms have been named after the style of the room, so we have, for example, The Garden, The Forest and The Livingroom. This means that you can switch between different meeting rooms based on your needs. Siri has truly created an environment that is both inspiring and comfortable to work in.
